Pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

We would like to inform you that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13 of the aforementioned Regulation, we invite you to read the following information. We specify that your personal data will also be processed using IT and telematic tools by Leomar Srl, with the following purposes:

Purpose of the processing

The processing of the personal data provided is aimed exclusively at:

(b) the fulfilment of legal obligations connected with the contractual relationship;
(c) the management of the contract, for example in relations with agents, representatives, principals and/or contractors;
(d) any external professional collaborations for the fulfilment of legal obligations;
(e) the protection of contractual rights;
(f) internal statistical analyses;
(g) marketing activities through the sending of promotional and advertising material relating to products or services similar to those covered by the existing business relationship.

Treatment methods

The data will be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and inserted into the relevant databases, accessible by those in charge of processing.

The processing may also be carried out by third parties who provide processing, administrative or instrumental services necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above.

All processing operations are carried out in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of personal data, which will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.

Rights of the interested party

As interested parties, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority and to exercise, at any time, the rights recognized by the GDPR, by contacting the Data Controller directly or, if designated, the Data Controller.
