Selling a house is a journey made up of important choices.
With Immo One you are never alone: we accompany you at every stage, from the proposal to the signing of the deed, with transparency and attention.
But what are the real steps that involve buying a home?
- Purchase proposal
When a potential buyer decides to make an offer, you will receive a complete purchase proposal, with all the economic and contractual conditions: price, payment methods, mortgage needs, timing.
We help you evaluate each proposal, formulate any counter-proposals and find the best agreement. - Preliminary Contract (Compromise)
Once the proposal has been accepted, the preliminary sales contract, also called compromise, is signed.
This document legally binds both parties and contains: cadastral data, price, delivery terms, mutual obligations.
We support you in drafting the documentation, in the relationship with the notary and in verifying every detail. - Final contract (Document)
The notarial deed is the time when the property changes ownership.
We take care of collecting all the necessary documents, facilitating communication between the parties, and – in the case of a mortgage – coordinating relations with the buyer’s bank.
At every stage of the process, our goal is to protect your interests and make the sale a simple, clear and satisfying experience of your property in Livorno.
