Buying a house is a choice that changes things.
And when you get to the moment of the accepted proposal, everything becomes more concrete, but also more technical.
This is why we accompany you step by step, translating each phase into simple words, clear actions and safe choices.
PHASE 1 • THE COMPROMISE (Preliminary contract)
Once the purchase proposal has been accepted, the compromise, technically called the preliminary purchase and sale contract, is signed.
This document:
- formalizes the mutual commitment between seller and buyer;
- it reports all the basic data of the property (address, floor plan, cadastral data);
- defines the agreed final price;
- establishes the methods and timing for payment;
- indicates the expected date for the deed.
At this stage, our role is decisive:
- let’s check every document already collected in the home file;
- we help you understand all contractual obligations;
- we dialogue with the chosen notary and with the other party to avoid misunderstandings or future problems.
Signing a compromise means making an important commitment: we are there with you, to make you sign with awareness and tranquility.
